I love, love, love checking out other people’s home libraries, but sometimes it kind of makes me roll my eyes. These people live in straight up mansions, of course they have libraries! So I’ve been busy outgrowing my shelves for a couple of months now. Here is what they started as in June… but they were starting to look rough. Books had taken over the top of the shelf then I started to double up on the bottom.

So, maybe these aren’t entirely practical. Some of the shelves are, after all, curved. But I love them. To me, the just scream Dr. Seuss. Love it, love it, love it.

If we ever have a TV again, this is how I want to do it. A little one, surrounded by books.
