I absolutely love the idea of re-using something that is headed for a junk heap somewhere.
Here are a few little ideas I’ve been compiling for our next bookshelf adventure.
This is probably one of my favorite things ever. I love how it somehow manages to look modern and vintage all at once and I can only imagine Isaac’s excited squeals at pushing this around and grabbing books off of it. So cool.
These next two are awesome because they are that forward-facing style of bookshelf that I love, especially for kids books. They are both made out of shipping pallets. They are both pretty incredible.

I love all three. The first one reminds me a bit of a library cart. And I’m totally loving the forward facing shelves, I’ve been drooling over them on pinterest. I would totally put those in my house if I had room.
