Lovely Little Shelf

Let’s take a break from bookish news and talk about this: as of today, I have a one year old son.

Gulp.

It is shocking for me to believe that I have only had him for one year… and also that this year has gone by so fast.  And also that I haven’t messed him up beyond repair already.  And that I haven’t (completely) lost my mind yet.  And that I’ve managed to read something like 100 books since he was born.  And that (three cheers for me) I made my goal of breastfeeding for a year. And that somehow I ended up with the cutest, funniest kid on the planet.
