Bookish Thoughts: Bookish Birthday Thoughts

So, it’s weird.  It never crossed my mind to make Isaac’s nursery book themed (it’s robots), or to make his first halloween costume book-related (he was Abe Lincoln) and I always think of it afterwards and kick myself a little.

His first birthday is coming up (!!) and we have a killer party planned.  The theme? Vintage Circus.  It is beautiful and fun and red & aqua goodness. I’m so excited.

Then today, I’m cruising the internets and find this:

Um. Why the heck didn’t I think of that?! ADORABLE! I mean, honest to God, it could not be cuter.

Snacks based on what the caterpillar ate? I’m so in love.

So this time next year, someone remind me that Isaac still doesn’t have a say in his party themes and I better make it books related :)

    How did I miss the nursery theme? Omg!
    And I think you’re birthday party theme is awesome. And next year you can do this one and not be like the 1546995965 people doing that theme this year :)
