Bookish Thoughts: Japanese Library

My loving husband who knows me oh so well emailed me this a couple of days ago.

It is stunning.

All the walls? Shelves. Stairs? Shelves. The outside walls? Shelves. Frigging everywhere.

Also cool? The design.

It kind of spirals inward and you can just follow this path of bookish bliss. The idea was to make a place that didn’t just house books, but where books provided shelter.  Pretty sweet, right?
