Happy Friday! This has been an exhausting week and I am so, so looking forward to Shaun getting home from work tonight. The weekend is looking rather sweet this time around. Tomorrow we have a cornhole tournament with our small group from church and I’m really, really looking forward to it. I’m worse at cornhole than anyone you’ve ever met, but it’ll be fun. I’m rambling. This happens when I’m exhausted. I should quit while I’m ahead.
On to the hop!
If you aren’t familiar, the Book Blog Hop is hosted by Jenn over at Crazy for Books and is just a chance to get new visitors to your blog and, in turn, check out a bunch of great new blogs. I’ve found some of my favorite book blogs this way and get so exited every week to find new ones.
The question this week is: If you were given the chance to spend one day in a fictional world (from a book), which book would it be from and what place would it be?
Without any doubt at all I’d love to enter the world that Patrick Rothfuss has created in The Name of the Wind and The Wise Man’s Fear. The world-building in these books is pretty much the greatest thing ever and I feel like I can *almost* see everything. I’d love to explore the university, go see someone “get their pipes,” get turned around in the tunnels, check out the archives (with a lamp, not a candle!)…. and that’s all just in the first book. I’m not sure that one day would be enough!
Second place is, of course, Hogwarts… but you can already go there in Orlando, so it’s not really as much of a dream
Again, if you’re here from the Hop, thanks for stopping by! Leave a comment with a link to your blog and I’ll be sure to repay the visit!

Hi there, hopping by. I have never read anything by Patrick Rothfuss. My choice is definitely Harry Potter.
PS: You have got a lovely blog. I’m a new follower.
