Morning & Happy Friday! We’ve had a pretty good little week here in lovely Akron, Ohio. It was warm for a couple of days at the beginning of the week and we could *gasp* go outside for walks and stuff. Wild, right? Isaac was beside himself. It’s, of course, freezing cold again (20 degrees as I type) but the little “fake spring” was pretty much wonderful and kind of showed the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve been price comparing little baby pools in preparation of many, many hours spent being lazy in the backyard. I seriously cannot wait.
Anyway! On to the Hop!
If you aren’t familiar, the Book Blog Hop is hosted by Jenn over at Crazy for Books and is just a chance to get new visitors to your blog and, in turn, check out a bunch of great new blogs. I’ve found some of my favorite book blogs this way and get so exited every week to find new ones.
The question this week is: If you could physically put yourself into a book or series, which one would it be and why?
The first thing I thought of was the Luxe series and for one reason only: I want to put myself into one of those dresses on the covers. They are gorgeous.
All I can think about are dresses. My other votes are for Gone with the Wind and Marie Antoinette and any book/time period where I’d get to dress fancy and preferably have someone help me make my crazy hair beautiful.
So. I’m sure that I was supposed to answer that I want to join some adventure or see some amazing world or meet some awesome characters… nope. I just want to dress up.
Again, if you’re here from the Hop, thanks for stopping by! Leave a comment with a link to your blog and I’ll be sure to repay the visit!
I wanted to add: I’ve tried the Twitter thing a couple times, but now that I have my handy iPod Touch and can look at Twitter while feeding Isaac, I’m actually being consistent with it. If you want to follow me, my name is lovelyshelf. Let me know yours and I’ll follow you too!

Just dropping by for the blog hop.
My answer: I would love to be in Francine River’s Redeeming Love. I wouldn’t want to be the main character. Just a secondary character is gets to watch it all happen.
