Bookish Thoughts: Organizing by Color

People tease me about it all the time when they see my books, but I’ve been organizing my books by color for a long time.  They just look so dang pretty. I have several shelves all over the house and would love to consolidate them all onto one huge shelf.

Today, I stumbled across this and seriously stopped breathing for a minute.

I realize that they’ve hidden all their white/tan/black books somewhere, but I’m fine with that. This is stunning.

And we just happen to be making an Ikea trip this weekend.

Hmmm….

    I’ve done my shelves in the living room by color and LOVE it – we just keep all the white, black, gray, and tan ones upstairs where they aren’t displayed.
